Developing Accountable Talk/Academic Discourse Skills
The role of meaningful, purposeful talk is essential in and outside of the classroom. We provide job-embedded opportunities to develop and implement practices that cultivate and deepen discourse skills across all content areas in support of teaching, learning, leading, and thinking.

Fostering Student Agency, Independence & Critical Thinking
Grounded in our values and beliefs, adolescent development, and best practices, we create, revise, and refine practices that center students’ thinking, ownership, and empowerment. We ask, “What are students doing to build knowledge and the skills to pursue THEIR interests, passions, and future?”.

Incorporating the Intersection of Literacies Across all Disciplines: Reading, Writing, Thinking, Speadking, Listening, Digital &Visual
We collaborate with teachers, coaches, and leaders in creating and sustaining a school-wide culture of deep learning in and across all literacies. We work to cultivate professional practices that support the integration of multiple literacies in pursuit of meaning making, critical thinking, and conceptual understanding aligning to state standards.
